Congratulations on quitting! On a similar subject, any tips for quitting pain killers? I've been on them for about two years now, and it's been affecting my grades negatively (at least two Fs at a time), and I decided to quit. The problem is all the mental and physical side effects.

Bobbie, I quit smoking 20+ years ago and it's still difficult for me some day but I don't regret it quitting at all. I am so happy I did, I breath better and I save alot of money not buying cigarettes. I find it hard to believe how expensive it is nowadays to buy cigarettes! It sure makes me really think twice before I consider starting up again. It was hard to quit but well worth it. I'm proud of you for quitting! Keep up the fight for a tobacco free life, it is well worth it! I also gained some weight when I quit. Try chewing on a straw instead of eating food, it worked for me. It kept me from eating but kept my hands and mouth occupied. Don't give up on a tobacco Free life, it is worthwhile to fight.

wassup man from 2021, and I can understand how hard it is my parents smoke and they tried vapes but they didn't work but now for the most part they don't smoke but every now and again they do because its kinda hard to deal with triplets so I know you have probably finished going through this I just want you to know you are not alone p.s. your vids are cool and keep it up

My mom stopped smoking about 2 months ago... It was hard for her.. but she got better.

I was glad to hear this. I never smoked because I watched my Mom take TEN YEARS to quit smoking. At the time they said that by quitting, once your lungs cleared, you’d be fine. She now has COPD and lung cancer. BUT she’s 90. So yeah - you WILL live longer! And loved the ridiculous pencil.

Quitting heroin is just a gateway quit. It leads to quitting alcohol, then quitting tobacco. So remember kids: never start quitting! ...or do quit if you've already started, that's what he said, right? Or something like that. I think listening to what he said gave my brain a small seizure when it just heard what the ears were hearing So do always never stop starting quitting. Or don't if you have.
